Who we are
NBI Teenused OÜ is an Estonian company specialising in the wholesale trade of refrigerants and bulk fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-gases). From our base in Tallinn we source, distribute and supply the cooling media that keep refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat-pump systems running across Europe.
Our work sits at the meeting point of two priorities: keeping our customers supplied with the refrigerants they depend on, and doing so within the strict framework of European climate legislation. We take both equally seriously.
Cooling is essential. Trading the gases behind it responsibly is non-negotiable.
What we trade
Refrigerants are remarkable substances — but many are also potent greenhouse gases. That is exactly why our activity, the buying and selling of refrigerant, is a licensed and tightly regulated business. We deal in:
- HFC single gases and blends (R-32, R-410A, R-134a, R-407C, R-404A and more)
- Lower-GWP alternatives where the application allows
- Bulk volumes in cylinders, drums and ISO containers
Every kilogram we place on the market is counted against our EU quota and documented for traceability.
Licensed and certified
We don’t ask customers to take our word for it — our credentials are on the public record:
- EU F-Gas trade licence. NBI Teenused OÜ is registered to place bulk F-gases on the EU market under Regulation (EU) 2024/573, with F-Gas Portal ID 136976.
- Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. A member since 9 July 2009 (registry number 551), reflecting more than a decade of established, reputable trade.

Our commitment to the climate
The EU F-Gas Regulation is steadily phasing down the most harmful refrigerants. Rather than work against that trend, we build our business around it — managing quota transparently, reporting CO₂-equivalent figures honestly, and steering customers toward lower-impact options wherever it makes sense.
